Return & Refund Policy

At RIVA, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at RIVACLOMAILING@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including intimates, swimwear, and earrings (unless defective).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at RIVACLOMAILING@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
